When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.
What if I’d like to change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you’d like to add items to your order, please submit a request through our Contact Us form and we’ll try to work something out.
Can I ship to an address that’s different from my billing address?
Absolutely. You’re able to enter separate shipping addresses from your billing address during checkout.

- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the return item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
